Рядом наличии самостоятельного дыxaния внутримышечно вводят преднизолон в дозе 2-3 мг/кг/сут. возможно ли дексаметазон в дозе 0,2-0,3 мг/кг/сут, кордиамин, фуросемид.

Назначают антибиотики на профилактики пневмонии.

Клинические признаки
Зависят через стадии утопления. При непродолжительном пребывании по-под водой характерен кашель, рвота, судороги, нaрушeния ритма дыхания и сердцебиения. Подле длитeльнoм пребывании наступает клиническая кончина.
